Author's Note: In this prediction to the ending
of "Mr. Mason's Jars" I made a predicted ending. Instead of having
Tony die, I added a twist and made everyone else die.
The beginning of this story was very different (weird), so i thought
the author would make a twist to the ending. I have experienced this
type of ending in a few stories, where the ending is so bazaar and would never
be predicted by the readers.
"Ew, what's in this goo?" asked Troy.
"Just, um, garbage and slim." said Mr. Mason in a
hesitant voice.
"Why'd you show me this?" asked Troy.
"I just wanted to show you. You are always acting curious
and annoying." said Mr. Mason.
"You think i'm annoying?" asked Troy.
"What do you think. You don't shut your mouth in
class!" yelled Mr. Mason.
"Cool it old man. I'm leaving." said Troy as he was
walking out the door. Just as he was about to bend over and get a cold sip of
water from the drinking fountain, Molly grabbed the collar of his shirt and
pulled him away.
"Are you OK? What'd he do? Did he hurt you? Hello?
Talk!?!?" yelled Molly vigorously.
"Hey Molly, shut up!" yelled Brad
from across the hall.
"How about you!" yelled Molly.
"Chill baby, I'm fine." said Troy in a chilled voice.
"Don't call me baby." said Molly.
"Ok, baby." said Troy.
"Stop Troy, I mea..." said Molly as she fell to the
floor.
"Molly!!!" yelled Troy. Everyone else in the hall
started going down like dominos. Troy was freaking out. Why hadn't he
fallen to the floor like the others? Just then, Mr. Morgan stepped in the hall.
"Hello Tony. Oh, why are all these kids
"sleeping"?" asked Mr. Mason in a sarcastic voice.
"You monster!!!" yelled Troy. everyone in the hall could
hear, except everyone was dead.
"I had giving you poisonous gas that kills everyone in the
school but you." said Mr. Mason in a happy voice.
"Then why haven't you fallen to the floor
dead?" asked Troy. Just then Mr. Mason had fallen to the floor. Troy was
the only one up. The whole school was dead.
I Felt this was an
accurate prediction. Throughout the beginning of the story, a lot of weird
things were happening that just didn’t go as I expected. I felt the author
would try and continue this skill throughout the rest of the story. I chose to
do a very odd spin off.
